I am obviously I'll equipped to handle the simplest of tasks. I cannot locate these parts or the part number? Links to those please?

I just ordered a new shifter, they are so cheap and mine has broken so many times to hell with it.

Curious as to what you do with the shifter, to cause it to break so many times??? By the way, the shifter locks into position. If you press down on it and turn in clockwise, it unlocks. Anyway, I guess no p/n numbers needed if you purchased an entire shifter assembly.....if you find you still need the plastic pieces as in the diagram, ask - we have p/n's for them - you need to purchase them at Suzuki (which reminds me - it will be FAR easier for you to source whatever dealer parts - or used parts - by indicating that your car is a 1996 Suzuki Sidekick, which, in essence, it really is.)

What are the part numbers again? Wont my new shifter have these bushings?

It looks like the spring on the bottom broke so I may need a new shifter.
