you need to show source, brand and pn of said tank. lots of tanks sold.
and you you failed to stated
sidekick
or
Tracker,
cut in dates vary by both brands.

the Suzuki (cant speak for GM)
there are only tow, 4door tanks (92-95 in usa)
pre 95 is the 57B11
95 is 57B20

so if you buy from brand x, be aware that they do as they please. some make universal tanks, that fit ,will nothing right.

try Spectra Premium brand, not only is it top quality but fits.
need ecat on them?

The tank I just purchased came from a USED 1993 suzuki sidekick 4 door. The hole where sender goes measures 1.60" and mine that came out of a 1992 suzuki sidekick 4 door measures 1.74

who knows what some other guy did.?
maybe he put in a 95 tank, and all the trimings...
worse has happend.

there is also a 2 door tank, do both have the same volume.
use a ruler, L x W x D. = area.
2 door is small tank. (the 2 door has less depth from pump top cap to bottom of tank, and short pump rack to match it.

which tank is top tank.? (my guess is a 95)
why does top tank have extra vent.? only the 95 has that front vent , see it.
at top center in photo>?

The one with the two holes on it is a 2 door gas tank (the one closest to your feet). The other (3 holes) is for the 4 door car.

The one that has two holes was removed from a 4 door yesterday. I removed it . Will a 2 door and a 4door bolt up.

Interesting. Certainly the 4 door tank would be wider than the 2 door one. The Spectra tank shows a 3 hole tank for the 97/98, but I believe that there is an additional evap connection for that 3rd hole.
