A 1" cold chisel and a mini sledge will put a lot more force in a strike than an air hammer will.
You could try ATF and acetone. It's supposed to work as good or better than Kroil

finally got the sucker off with my air chisel and torch and PB blaster. And this is what I found. The Circlip was damaged pretty bad didn't know if it was repairable or where i could find another like it.
there was two other things I have no idea what they are may be someone could tell me.
Also can somone tell me from the attached pics how the 4x4 hub goes back together.

Use a beater smacker! (impact screwdriver) pawnshop, auto parts house
penetrating oil and heat, if this don't work you may have to cheisel the heads loose/or/ off or drill them out! good luck

The two things you don't know what they are is actually a seal that seals the outer hub on the back side. (part 23 in below image)
The circlip looks in bad shape but you could reuse it in a pinch. Use a vise to get it straight and reinstall it.
To reassemble the hub refer to this from kickfix.com
swap out of front hub bearings

Great video on the locking hubs. Might as well service them, as well
