Default 93 Geo Tracker 2" coil spacers dimensions?

Hey all, new to the site and new to the tracker world.

I have a buddy that owns a machine shop and hoping to get a 2" lift kit machined up.

From what I understand for the 2" spacers lift kit I'll need 4 coil spacers, 2 strut spacers, 1 rear diff spacer. I was wondering if anyone has the dimensions for these parts or if anyone could point me in the direction of getting them.

Or any info on something I'm forgetting maybe..

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Connor

Welcome to the Trackick world, and to the forum!!
I have not done this myself, but have found some posts on the forum relevant to your question

Probably more on the forum as well, if no one chimes in with their dimensions.....

Thanks for the welcome and the info Bex!

I've searched the forum a bit but didn't find what I was looking for.

I have no problem spending the money and buying a kit, I'd probably go with SR Customs. I just think it'd be cool to have my own machined up.

I'd be willing to pay someone for the dimensions and info even!

Are you wanting a body lift or suspension lift? Check the thread below.

Thanks Cody J. I've looked at that thread a few times now and may attempt something along those lines..not to sure yet.

In the end I plan to do a 2" suspension lift and a 2" body lift.

No longer looking for coil spacer dimensions. Now interested in finding out the inner and outter diameters of the coil springs. As in what size tube fits directly down the center of a coil spring. Anybody have any coils laying around they're willing to take some measurements of? That'd be great!

I've gone over this thread a few times but keep getting confused after each time I read his measurements..

Thanks!

I have some rear 2dr springs... I did 4dr spring upgrade gained 1" front and rear.

I will measure my rear 2dr for you with pictures, but the front springs grew legs and disappeared. Not sure the front would be any different in width though. Have you just considered a simple 2+ body lift? Square 2" tubing with holes drilled and longer bolts and some nuts does it. And with 1" in spring it clears 30/31.

Hey Cody, thanks that'd be great. I plan to do a 2" body and 2" suspension, wanting to get the body mounts machined up as well.

I've been working on some 3d designs for the spacers. Going to make some designs for strut spacers and body mounts too. I'll post up the pictures when I get them done.

Thanks again.

Here's the diagrams I've been working on for the spacer kit. These images don't show the measurements and they aren't exact yet. Just a general idea.

On the coil spacers I made a 1" section to go inside the coil, is that too much?

1.5" front spacer

1.5" strut spacer

2" rear spacer

2" mount to go between the rear shock in the frame, rather than using longer shocks

Let me know what ya think!
