Default Entire Frame

Hey peeps,

So I am thinking of keeping this tracker, but the thing is 17 years old. I was wondering where I can get a brand new frame and swap everything over, engine etc. Has anyone ever done this?

Links to where I can buy a NEW frame plz and thank you.

??????

What's wrong with your current frame?

And do you think you can buy a new frame for a 17-year-old vehicle?

Might you have any friends in Denver that would be heading your way?
Nice rust free frames here - and I happen to have one for sale

Are they brand new? This will be good to know as a last resort. But I really would love a brand new frame. The thing of it is, I'll prolly never get a brand new car, but if I can make one piece by piece then I'll be happy with that.

No - used - but they don't rust here like they do there - where ever there is.

Responding only to the "has anyone done this" thing.

A 1932 pickup frame ran about $4500. The thing is there is a demand for 1932 frames because you can't really find used ones in good shape. I bet you can find a great rust free frame and get it media blasted then painted and have a great solid frame that will last for a long long time.

Sorry but I don't think you could every get a "new" frame. You can take an old frame and make it new buy blasting/painting it so it last forever...but not new

Where are you located, I left a Tracker in Cambridge Bay years ago, didn't think rust was an issue in the north. A good welder can rebuild your existing frame.

I was getting worried that I would not get my weekly dose of snark. Thanks.

I hope you're joking. Even if it was available, it would be cost prohibitive. Get a solid one from the boneyard if yours is that far gone. Otherwise, just repair it.

Do you have pictures of the issue(s) you're having?
