Actually, the real 'before' photo is on your very first post. Compared to the photo before the competition, you did a fantastic job - even compared to the photo after the competition! It will be easy now for you to get it back into 'before competition' shape.

X2. I'm so glad people are keeping these vehicles (Trackers/
Sidekicks/ Vitaras/ Sunrunners/ Escudos/etc) alive. Never say die. Once again, Good job.

Thanks

The only damage is right fender, that is easy repairable and I will cut more 3 cm on both's lower edges, tire touches it during articulation.

Radiator grill also can be repaired with glue from back side.

And rear stock bumper inner steel part is little bit damaged it also can be repaired with easy.

I'm really satisfied with car, how it run before clutch die.

Its not a new for us also

Georgians say "Who wants fish, he wants his feet be wet"

After body repair and dash removal-installation Check Engine was lighting telling the code 21 - that stands for Throttle position sensor - TPS. We have found the sockets of diagnostic cable that was connected to each other by electrician (he dissemble and assemble dash) who thought that ones they are connectable he had to connect it

After separating connectors no Check engine light was on, but still we tested my TPS and discovered that it doesn't work. Luckily my friend had one from his car (no he runs vw 1.9 td) and we installed and regulated it.

Now car runs much more lightly, engine works smoothly and I'm sure gasoline consumption will decrease. I fill up tank and zeroed odometer. Let's see mileage on these tires.

I forgot to tell that we re-manufactured clutch, because I couldn't wait for the clutch kit from USA

I will use this clutch now and will see how it will work, if it fail I will replace it with stage 1.

Remanufactured your clutch....well done! You are doing great work with this car. We have never really spoken about any engine problems or how the car is running at all. There is tons of info on the forum on how this car should run. Are you using it for anything other than these competitions?? I can only imagine how horribly it ran with the TPS being no good. The code 21 would have meant that you would have been idling, but the TPS would be advising the computer that you were actually driving, basically. Glad you got this sorted.
