I think they are made by a company called EGR. They are expensive, even used.

Those flares are a little different to the ones that we got here on the Wideboy and Fatboy models. The ones fitted over here were moulded around the fuel filler flap and hence used the original flap. Those flares do look to have German writing on them so they are probably still made by EGR.

Its difficult to see in that picture, it doesn't open any larger for me. They have the cutout for the fuel filler flap, they look like the EGR flares but I can't tell if they're Fatboy arches or Wideboy arches.
You can't buy individual arches from EGR so if you do break one you have have to get a complete set, some people use expanding foam underneath them to make them more robust, Sets of three new flares are often available on eBay UK.
