At the top of the list is top-heavyness followed by the real possibility of the 4-inch mounts bending or collapsing under stress.
Then there is the ga -I mean Festive - factor... You'll be need to be running humongus tires in order to keep the giggles to a minimum. Those humongus tires will end up ripping the stock drivetrain to pieces.
TracKicks are not the easiest trucks to lift and a 4-inch body lift would be a bad start despite the apparent ease of such a lift. 2 inches would be more reasonable.
There are other details - like remounting the radiator - that I'll leave to others for explanation.
I hope that this helps!

i did a home grown 3 inch body lift and 2 inch spring spacer kit ..and 235 75 15 tires.. imo this is just about max .. could run bigger tires but think ur pushin having to do gears .. their bigger lift kits but they drop the diffs and i dont see the point of that .. its bigger you go the closer u get to the roll over point .. just my two cents
I think the 2 inch body lift would be better. Any big issues doing that?
No, it's pretty easy, just be careful of all the hoses and cables and wires. I had to loosen the fuel filler hose on the gas tank and move it out about 3/4 of an inch. Also had to loosen the charcoal canister mount during the lift process, then bolt it down again when I was done. Also keep an eye on the front brake hoses - you don't want to stretch those.
It took a few tries to get the shifter levers setup at the right angle. Had to remove them and heat them with a torch-bend them backwards a bit. I laid them down on cardboard and traced their outline at the start, then figured I wanted to top of the shifter to be bent back about 1.5-2.0 inches. Heat it and bend it, hold it up to the cardboard template, repeat until it matched the target outline. Let it cool, then install and test. Try again. Finally got it right.
