Bad vendor warning!

I had a very bad experience with the following store, and I would like to share it with the rest of you:

Suzuki Car Parts Catalog Online Store

I placed an order on Tuesday last week, with the 2nd day delivery shipping option. The representative told me that I will receive the parts on Friday. When I called back on Friday, they told me that the parts have not been shipped yet, because they didn't have one item in stock.
Instead of letting me know about this, they simply decided that I can wait until they received the missing part. They wouldn't even reimburse me for the 2nd day shipping charge.

The parts have arrived on Monday, except the one that was back ordered. The offered "discount" was a joke.

Unfortunately that is the down side in dealing on the internet, or any kind of mail order company, especially when they take your money prior to shipping etc. You are then at their mercy for delays, lack of comunication and even wrong parts being shipped. These things happen (I have had wrong parts shipped, and have actually had to pay for the return shipping before proper parts could be shipped to me). Of course, if your car is in pieces waiting for that part, this is not much of a consolation. Thanks for info.
