Old Man Emu and Rocky Road Outfitter make a nice lift. They have a much smoother ride than the Calmini since you can decide what type of coil you want. It is 2.5" though, but it's worth it. Much less work than the blue.

Suzuki sidekick, vitara, xl7 geo tracker lift kit, Best ride quality, engineering, durability, lowest price

Some folks are gonna shake their heads on this but...I took some big nuts, about 2" accross and 3/4" thick, cut nice grooves in oposite sides then pried the coils of my springs apart with a crowbar and jammed the nuts, one per spring between the coils, close to the botton where the coils are closer together.
This lifted the tracker{'92 tintop}about 2",meby a little better, and it rides better. I haven't had it off road yet but I've had it on some god awful roads and like the way it handles.

They are a little longer, most of the lift comes from them being a higher spring rating which you might find a little uncomfortable.
