Default Manifold swap O2 sensor different help

ok my 1992 16v manifold was bad(crack) u found i 1995 which is longer and custom made a down pipe everything is good but the old oxygen sensor is stuck/frozen to the old manifold i tried using pb blaster, heat, force, well u name it and it don't come out, sure i can use a breaker bar but i will literally break the O2 sensor

the new/used manifold came with a good O2 sensor accordingly to the previous owner but the plug is different than the previous O2 sensor, i thought about splicing but i found out that the old O2 sensor is a 3 wires the one on the 95 new/used manifold has 4 wires

could it be possible to splice the old plug into the new sensor if so anybody knows the wiring matching?

for reference
Original O2 sensor wires are black-pink-purple
95 new/used sensor is white-blue-black-black yes it does have 2 black wires

first things first.

the sensors are diff, on calif. and fed car.so you need to tell which it is.
one version has an extra low noise ground.

so you need to find out if car needs a 3 wire or a 4 wire and then buy the correct one using my o2 page.

if if you dont get it correct the o2 will rail and the ECU will go rich and then overheat and crack the new manifold. Glows red hot, that is what kills most MANS.

2nd problem may be OEM o2 lead wires my not fit new long manifold bung location.
so use the universal. 15726
testing-Oxygen sensor

if your car is 4wire do not mix up the 2 grounds on car.
one is for heater
and other is for CELL . (02 sensors cell)

mixing as bad news.

my edited comes with page. on Bosch.

your picture is what got m all confused here even if a buy it on your picture it says

yellow/green
pink
black and white

mine is (no specific order)
red with blue
pink
black white

so i'm assuming it goes like this:

bosh --- truck harness

black --- red/blue
white --- black and white
white --- pink

need to fix this issue once and for all gas consumption is killing me

please realize this?
there are 2 color codes. on the car.
Suzuki harness , varies. by year and CAL /FED .
Sensor mfg . all diff. no standard color , between the makers.

because of this, you need to be specific
what car Sidekick 1992, 16v

what market ? you need to say, Calif. OR FED48 or, Canada, or?

if youd put your country and state in your profile i could guess better your car type.

I will begin to guess.
1: car has a VIN (yes or no?) I guess YES.
2: you are in the USA,, ( gee I guess? we get posts world wide) people on islands with Vin cars, for sure.

3:if this a USA car, with a vin then , pop the hood. and look up.
there is a Smog sticker or two.

look at it.
FED 48
http://www.kick-fix.com/specs/Body-T...PA-STICKER.jpg

Calif:
http://www.kick-fix.com/specs/Body-T...California.jpg

and Canada cars have Oakleaf stickers here and there on body.

and last , i need you to look at the o2 sensor connector (the body harness side)
is it 3 pins wired ? or 4(dont count holes) just count actual pins that have harness side wires in the pins.
do not tell me anything about the o2 wires, only what is on your harness side.
for now.

only the harness tells me the truth.
and the vin and the smog sticker.

the short manifold was used on 92/93 , then in 93 it was put on the Calif. cars.
then in 94 , this long calif. manifold became the standard for 16v cars both calif. and fed.

all this is complex and is so due to EPA and C.A.R.B rules and regulations at this time.

just give a little more data an we can sort this.

orig. can be denso O2 sensoror who knows, we should forget it.
the Bosch site shows 4 wires on universal! you say its 3?

ok , i will now make the list. ( i can see i must make up a matrix for factory side)
it is confusing, yes.
yes, Bosch instructions stink.

harness >>>>>Name >>>>>>>Bosch.
PINK >>>>> heater cont>>>> white
Blk/wht >>> heater power +12v>>>> white
Gray/yell >>>Sp ground >>>>> gray missing on Fed48 3 wire harness.
yel/blue >>> CELL to ECU >>>> black (sensor +cell)

the 3 wires sensor on this 3 wire car , uses the shell of the sensor as its -CELL ground.

some cars have Red/blue , instead of yel/blue , , so correct above line if true.

this will work.

looking at 8 schematics. wow

the confusing thing is the harness color for the +CELL out to ecu varies.
i will make matix for them all , including the short fed manifold 3 wire.

CELL+ variances O2 Cell Plus to ECU input.

Red/blue 16vFed-48 3wire, (exc. calif)
yel/blue 8v 3wire and 16v 4wire. (and Calif)
red = 89/90
white = 96+

confusing it is.
