Man,your body must be in sooper dooper shape to go through all that,me,I'd get another one, with a good frame{?}and use the one I got for parts.
I started a similar project, got as far as unbolting/unplugging/disconecting,then decided the doner body wasn't worth it.
Best of luck

i need help in procedures of removing the body on my 95 tracker. the frame is rusted out need to rebuild it. if any body has write ups would help.
Wow!! Lotta work for a rusted frame. I'd find a good welding shop (someone that works on farm equipment or big rigs, not a body shop!!). Let them have a go at it without removing the body, don't worry about what it looks like, just get it repaired/reinforced. You might be amazed at the possibilities.

I have another with a good body and frame. But it has bad ecm and elctrical problems. and its automatic and the running one is a 5-speed which runs beatifully. I would like to swap the engines over but i dont know how much modifications i have to do like. brackets for clutch, hole for 5 speed, and all the other modifications. Or i could take off that body slap the other one on and engine and tranny. i dk yet i got a year for planning when im home for good cuz im in school now
