Default A/C Problems

Hello all! This is my first post and I am new to this site. I am trying to find some help with my ac system. I have a 95 geo tracker convertible auto 4x4 16v. I am having some issues with the a/c blowing cold. While in the idle position it does not blow ice cold. The front fan appears to be barely moving. When I have the rpms the air blows slightly colder. Any suggestions, it would be much help.

almost missed you, back here on page 2.
ambient temp out side.
fan is bad, it should run a full speed i think. , Heater fan on, and A/C on, front fan should go full tilt.

the electric parts are here.
air-conditioner-repair

you might have other problems that takes a pro to find.
low coolant , wrong coolant added.

but that fan is 1st.

but I will help you the best I can! I can't see or hear/feel your motor, so consider my answers, in that light.

There are 2 diagnostic paths, one with tools and one without! Please advise which path you wish to take?

kickfix when I played with my AC setup this winter, I noticed removing the wire to the switch on the bottom of the thermostat housing would affect the fan to be on... wonder if this has something to do with it anychance.
