Default Newbies NY Ride

Hello everyone, I just joined the Zuk Fourms but have referred to the posts many time in the past for advice and information. Everyone seems quite helpful and some even know what they're talking about, lol.

I just wanted to share a couple of pics with all of my '89 Suzuki Sidekick with 125,000 miles on it... I origionally bought it for $200 with a bad motor. Found another parts truck with good motor for another $200...

I welded a 2in. hitch on the front to install a 3000lb winch (mounted on a 2in. reciever) which can, in turn, be changed to the rear hitch in case I get in a real stupid position. It origionally came with a rag top which I traded (plus $100) for a two peice hard top.

The snow pic was before I added the 3in. body and 2in. suspension lift. Nice difference for minimal cost.

This is a great truck and is perfect for hunting in NY. Four wheel drive low is perfect for crusing the apple orchards. No need to put foot on gas pedal. Of course, the crusing is just for scouting purposes... As you can see, my luck is not the greatest.

Thanks guys for your input on my "newbie junker", I can use all the help I can get.

Thumbs up Appreciate the good words

Thanks guys. I love this little truck, although it's not my 425hp Dodge Ram Hemi... But you can't believe the amount of compliments and thumbs-up I get going down the road.
Unfortunately the bug shield was cracked and it made it into the garbage or I would gladly give it to you.
