thanks for data.!!
your tires must be stock. as over size under, report miles.
like mine, are stock and I get 30mpg easy. mix.
not done a 60mph long run yet.
your gas gauge is same as mine, 8gal, to E. and 3 reserve.
i figure gas is cheap.
in 1970 i paid 27.9 cents a gal. 13 cent tax included,
now i pay $2.79 a gallon, (lots more tax ,too)
everything else is 10 times more expensive.
my house was 27k, now its 270 k, same size too.
my car was 2k then, no its 20k.
so I to dont complain much.
I look forward to dual fuels , gasoline and LNG. cant wait to get a choice.
but you are reducing dependence on imported oil and starving more Arabs.
He their ok, just dont wont to go to war over fuel , sorry. I dont.
only thing stopping really fuel efficient cars is the government.
no one else.
read the regs. then decide, don't take my word for it .
cheers.
and HAPPY TRAILS!

I'm sure I read somewhere that my model has a 11 gallon tank. Which means that 3 gallons are the reserve (so to speak). Is this correct?
I generally don't care about gas mileage. I drive a vehicle because that's what I need to get the job done. But, based on the miles traveled, I'm calculating roughly 31.75 MPG. Does this make sense?
By the way, long trips in a sidekick are not recommended if you want to be comfortable. I had to stop several times to walk out the cramps in my back side
