95 Tracker valve job

i have a 95 tracker with 16v engine. I think the valve guides, seals, or rings are bad. due to oil burning. It would blow out blue smoke upon start up when it sat for about two days, no it does it almost every start up. Is this a hard job to do, changing the seals? or is it not worth the trouble. Any won done it, what would it maybe cost?

I bought a rebuild set (both sides) for a 3.4 V6 GM engine in Auto Zone for about $500. See if they have a set and how much will be. Sometimes is cheaper that way.
