The black box

I have a 91 Tracker, and near the coumpter there is a black box mounted on the firewall. Can anyone tell me what this is.
On Jerry's page it is listed as 70 or 71

I think it's the brakes control module

left toe ,forward on fire wall is RWAL , rear wheel antilock brakes.

it has its own blink codes just like TCM, ECU and RWAL too.
