Default couldn't remove stupid crankshaft bolt to remove pulley

For someone tight so bad.

I can't remove now. It stuck so bad. Couldn't loose with impact wrench that produce 1,000 torque ft/lb and try bar beaker it snap.

How can I change timing belt if that pulley stuck to crankshaft.

acually I dont think you have to remove it to replace just the belt. The pully is held on with a number of smaller bolts around the bigger bolt.

That big bolt should be at 190 fot lbs I think

Thank

found few hours ago

I just look at internet to how change timing belt

saw 6 bolts on pulley went there finally it out.

But I was VERY happy that I didn't try remove that crankshaft bolt why it could shred then my plan would be REAL DISASTER why I am suppose to go to north of Michigan which is 280 miles.

Why Suzuki try tight that bolt so real tight? I hope key woodruff not loose.

well if you ever do have to break the crank bolt loose, my auto teacher taught me the coolest trick ever (never try on a honda) get a breaker bar and get the socket on the bolt and rest the other end on either the driver fender or the ground below it and crank the engine, and there you go. just loosened your crank bolt
