Default Huge Rust, rust hole issues, what to do?

This is in the trunk space underneath where the bench seat should be, right next to where the seat belt bolts onto the body

I discovered this too, im not sure what it is, and the previous owner did it

This is in the front passenger wheel well underneath the battery and fuse block

and this is a rust hole behind the drivers seat next to the seat belt. this is the most serious, its the size of about two half dollars side by side

this was all discovered when i started to rip out the carpet to put down bed liner (grizzley grip)

what should i do? i have limited tools, no drills that could go through the metal, no sheet metal to rivet, and no rivets or riveter, pretty much nothing, how much would those cost to buy? or should ij ust have a shop do it? for the smaller holes i was going to put bondo on, what should i do? these are serious holes that need to be taken care of and just so you know im a early adult who has limited knowledge, my dad has never taught me anything, so the stuff i have learned is off the internet, so any advice would be great

yea, you definatly have a little rust there, but ive seen much worse. the damage by the tail light can pretty easily be fixed with some rust converter and primer. as for the other ones, you could rivet some sheet metal in, but my first choice, especially since damage is by seats, would be to just get a new tub (shell). its a lot of work, but as long as you can find a rust free tub, its worth it

Either learn to weld or find someone cheap to patch the holes. It is not in a place that shows so it doesn't have to be pretty. I would weld in heavier metal around the seat belt mounts.

I'm thinkin',if you got that much rust there, what do your body mounts look like?I'm afraid you'd have to do a lot of cuttin/grindin'to find solid enough tin to weld to.I'm not a fan of rivets, you can hide stuff but it doesn't really put the strength back.
Good luck

I cut all rust out of mine and made up patch panels which I mig welded in. My body mounts were good but I still put 1/4 inch plate to reinforce them.

Before I went through all that work, I would get under the car and check the chassis. It may be that you have larger issues that need to be attended to first. I posted something of the sort a week or so ago, and got this link from jtgh, with pictures of parts of the chassis that need to be in good condition for safety, etc. Here's the link. http://www.kick-fix.com/temp/rust.zip
