Default How to improve Tracker/Sidekick A/C cooling (R12 charged with R134)?

Maybe swapping the compressor for a more powerful/efficient one?

partly? , they put bigger evap and condensers on it. or ones that have lots of small fines.
if same size then they are 134 more efficient.

the 95 fsm shows ,134 and 12 being used that year, so one could assume (?) that
there are diff parts that year for same function.

ill see if its in the PL.

yup,
94/95 has 2 of most parts for 12 and 134 in parts list.

compressor.
suction hose.
delivery hose.
evap
condenser
rec./dryer.

gee , mosly all ,even the harness.

id say , you are limited by the r12 expansion valve (diffr than 134)
so that pump must work against that in hot weather. real hard.

keep in mind it must be balanced this system.

does no good at all to capture more heat at the evap coil , if you can NOT radiate that extra heat with the condensor.

but who knows maybe there is ,a silver bullet.

maybe mister system in front of condenser ?? never know , may be a help.

cheers
