Ok, Fisrt off I haven't worked on a four door and you didn't mention the year or model. So here are a few things to look at untill a couple of pros jump in to help.

1) the radio-- sounds like a bad or coroded antena conector at the base of the anena or very loose base. Some antena bases can be tightened like on a ford. So check base and conector.

2) water leaking in back from top. Only two things to suggest. Check rubber molding for dirt and tears.(get some one to water down back end with garden hose with you inside looking for leak. Or rare but seen bad gasket around backup light mounted on roof near trunk.
3) Seat won't move because of two things. Something wedged in slide rails (happens alot if you have kids) or release cable has slipped off.

Since I'm not well versed in your particular set of wheels ,these are about the only suggestions I can make. As for windows---I don't know.

Anyway this should keep you busy for a while.
Good luck

go to the mart (if you have one) get some weather striping, clean the door and truck with rubbing alcohol, put it on the truck where the old one hits it. i did that to mine and works great. the seat might have poped the spring, look under seat and c if its off. tyr cleaning the tracks for the windows, the old lube gets dry and gunkey. take the antenna out of the a piller and c if its coroded, if so replace.

I had the same problem on my 95 2 door front seats. The tracks were all gunked up & rusted. Removed the seats and between PB Blaster & compressed air, they work like new. Good luck
