Swapping Dashes Between '90 and '96
Hi;
I have a 90 tracker. I can buy the dash and steering column out of a 96/97 that really looks nice. I am wondering how hard the swap would be.
I am wondering if the HVAC box is identical. My AC works good and I would hate to disturb it.
I am also wondering about the fuse panel. I can cut, splics and solder wires if needed, but I would hate to have to do it to 150 wires.
As near as I can figure, I will have to wire an instrument cluster, hvac and stereo. It doesn't sound too difficult if everything bolts up.
If any of you have done this, please reply.
