Default 92, 8 -valve vitara- general advice

gday fellow suzukians

I've got a few minor issues with my 92- 8 valve suzuki vitara, the car is in great nick for what it is; however a few battle scars have started to emerge

1)
firstly i'm losing a bit of oil, i took a look under the car and it seems that the gasket in the oil pan is starting to give, jsut wanted to know of the correct procedure for replacement.

2) I'm detecting a bit of exhaustive fumes in the car, nothing major -wont kill me, just wanted to find the symptom, im suspecting its the manifold; say if i do have a sligh hole in my manifold what are the possible symptoms ?

3)
the steering is a tad sloppy, ive checked the bearings and they seem fine, the only other issues i can think of is the bushings or the tie rods, what would most likely give a car sloppy handling

4) finally; the most pressing issue of all!, i have a very weak stream from the window washer, ive checked the hosing and it seems clear, its almsot as if theres no pressure, it just squirts like an old man with a large prostate, where would the issue mostly likely be?

thanks in advance, and try and answer as many of my questions as you can, any answer is a good answer !

all cracks near O2 sensor will make it go nuts and motor will go rich and lean over and over (or just go rich as a pig an get 15mpg)

3)

4) finally; the most pressing issue of all!, i have a very weak stream from the window washer, ive checked the hosing and it seems clear, its almsot as if theres no pressure, it just squirts like an old man with a large prostate, where would the issue mostly likely be? check valve inline right finder clogged. or jets clogged.

advice:
tune it.
fix exhaust leak. and the leaks in the body at fire wall ( use electrical mastic putty) (DORMAN Sells new manifolds for 8v , and is $99 if you need it.)
put Kotex near pan gasket and forget you saw it. (i use bailing wire to hold it)
steering.
make sure 1st the front wheel bearings are not bad, or loose.
make sure rotors are NOT cracked, #1 first off the drive way !!!!
make sure no calipers or wheel cyl. are leaking. #2.

now find why steering is loose.
person 1 wiggles wheel, you look at what moves. and what dont.
see?
below steering box is a pitman arm. if it dont move and wheel moves 2 inches then the box needs work.

that will get you going.
