Rocker arm shaft screws are out. Two of them finally came out with an air impact wrench, the other 8 were not so cooperative. Interesting that there was no Loctite residue after all... They were just stuck real good.
We cut them out with a drill press and removed the rocker arm shafts.
I'm going to replace the shafts as we were not able to get the plugs out of the ends of the shafts either to get the bits of screw out.
Here is the head cleaned up and now its time to tackle the freeze plugs..
