body lift on 3door 95 questions

Hi all,

I am looking at doing a body lift to my 1995 3door escudo/sidekick. I have the lifting blocks, which are 35mm high (they are a strange size but were really cheap) and just have a few questions about the lift;
-What is the name of the female bolt which threads over top of the exsisting body stud?
Is there an alternative to these bolts?

I can seem to find anywhere her in New Zealand which will sell them, even a specialist 'bolt shop' so I am a little stumped.
I dont really want to have to use square tube for the lift but at this rate I may have to.
