Lightbulb Alternator Question

i searched up the converter for amp's to watt's
and I'm pretty sure i have a 70 or 75 Ohm's alternator
but what I'm getting as a result is

P = I 2 x R ?? this right?

power = amps(squared) x resistors
if so that's like
2940 = 70² x 0.6 <-- I'm pretty sure it has 0.6 not 100%

if some one could correct me in any way please do
this is what i researched and i don't get electricity very
well.

converters , or inverters?
ahhh, conversion equations.

Power (dc) = I x A. or I squared x R.
alternators are rated in amps. ( volts is a give right. 12.5 to 14.7)

if you have a 70 amp alternator , it can output 14.7v x 70a = 1029 watts ( or 1k watts.)
it varies by RPM and the alternator mfg has charts to demonstrate the performance.

are you trying to do an energy budget , just ask how to do.
?

add up all the loads , in amps.
that is what you need.

at a little more for hot days.

no problem.
you have 4 x130 plus 2 x 100 . so that that's 520 w + 200 or 720 watts added.
divide that by 14v get 51 amps. you need ,

FSM says stock alt. is 55 amps.
so you have maybe half remaining on the stock. ( shooting from hip)
you have 25(factory) amps to play with , you need 51 to run lights.
so you need 25 amps extra over stock.
i round your lights down to 50. ( so you need 25 more amps)
55 stock+25 need = 80amps. so you at least need a 80amp alternator. total.

dont forget stock, has lots of overhead capacity but cant do 51 amp extra.
if you have huge power audio amp that can play in.

varies by country ,and year. ( i quoted FSM from USA E03 market KICK)
i cant search all 93 markets to find max amps. all kicks. no can do.

only way to find reality is pull alternator get OEM name and part number.?
Mitsubishi? then p/n , then look it up at Mitsu. dot com. (catalogs)

someone could have changed it out.

cheers.

get a chevy alt kit. it has the bracket to bolt up and you can get it with a 105 amp alt or get your own and put a 200 amp one in. i think there 45$ for the bracket and 120 for alt, separate.
