IM Search the history of zukwarrie.
so far.

the 4 internal screw grounds on pCB must be clean.
and the case of ecu must be grounded to car body (this i know from tracing my self)
http://bbs.zuwharrie.com/content?act...ch=86778;image

says, ECU thinks body is callif. spec, car.
others that said that.
but no one can understand why a fed ecu would say that.....
so it must really be a bad ground.

B30 is FED.

well I guess I will try to ground the case to the body tomarrow Ive acually been running it with the ecm laying on the floor guess that could be the problem. But when It first stopped running right it was tucked up under the dash. but that was also when I had 22 and 34 codes too so That might fix it up right.

4 corner screws , clean copper, and tight screws.
then
case is bolted to ECU mount , grounding it.

ground behind battery must be clean. attaches to inside fender well , at right side of battery.
grounds at distributor mounts. clean .
and that one above right hand harness firewall pass thru, must be clean. it grounds to the fire wall right there.
this are all critical grounds.
and last

look at the schematic.
see that, ECU pin B15 has no shorted out sensor or wires on this line.
this line is called sensor special ground.

53 is poorly documented. but i will read up on it in my FSM.

cheers.

I cleaned and tightened Every single ground I could find even the kick panel. I read your post in the brake line page So its most likely a bad ecu. Do you think its a prob that one of those ebay places can fix? The one I found said that I cold send it to them for free testing.

i looked at my ground pin on my ecu.
and the sensor ground pin ,just shorts to the main Ground input to the ECU.

there is just huge PCB trace from pin 15 to 14,
that is all there is to that. ( no sensing at all )

but on 92-95 years, this main ground goes to G110 body ground
G110 (electronics main ground for ecu , Distributor , coil, ignitor, and all sensors)
on the fire wall is a ground lug, to the frame.

drivers perspective below:
to the left of the battery , see a huge harness pass through , the fire wall. to PAssenger side.
just above it is a ground strap. (2 wires at least)
this is G110 , the most important ground. clean that.

and do to that crazy idea of Suz (IHMO) ,that makes G100 (and the battery main black ground cable) the next most important ground. G100 is to the right of the battery , and is attached to the inner right fender.
I say crazy, as body grounds should never be used as path ways in electronics. (automotive dark ages)

if it is ground ?,those are the Achilles' heels!

i think ecu is toast. IMHO.

upgrade.
tie , G110 to G100 with cross strap. now the ecu see's direct tie to battery neg. post.

we have see G100 smoke when the battery main cable is not tight on top of starter.
cranking......

cheers
