Default Tracker stuck in 4wd

I am looking at a Tracker to purchase. It is stuck in 4wd. I have a Samurai that the transfer case stuck in neutral. I had to replace the sheet bushing. Do the Trackers have the same setup as the Samurai's. If so, Will changing this bushing fix the problem on the tracker?

The sheet bushing is a plastic type washer that sits under the shifter. Over time, they will fall apart and allow the shifter to drop. This will cause the shifter to stick in position. It is a simple fix. The sheet bushing cost about $15 at a Suzuki Dealership.

you did NOT say what year.
what sheet.

with the shifter out, you can shift it, manually, with a screw driver (large), if need Be.
replace all plastic parts 21?, put back , fixed.

It is a 1991 2 door hard top?
Thanks for the diagram! The same as a Suzuki Samurai.

pull it and make sure it indexes that tip of the shifter, and can not fall out , of index.
