Default Door Moulding Removal

I just installed a set of kick doors on my 89 tracker and the moulding position is different. Does anyone have an easy way to remove the old moulding with out tearing up the door? I assume they use a special adhesive.

Thanks Mike

ranger88den is an unknown quantity at this point
Default

Probably heat (hair dryer/heat gun, be careful) and/or a wide plastic bondo applicator or plastic putty knife. Good luck
