Switching dash for one with rpm, and power sterring too.

Hello everyone.

I recently bought a 1991 sidekick. I previously had a 1992 sidekick (keeping it for parts).

The 92 one had an rpm gauge in the dash, but the 91 doesn't. Can I switch them? Would I need to add a sensor or something like that or will it work right away?

Also, the 91 doesn't have power steering but my 92 does. From what I can see, the 91 needs the pump and fluid container. The rest seems to be there. Can I simply take the pump and container form the 92 and put it in the 91?

I know these questions may be stupid or simple to some, but I'm no mechanic. I can do some stuff, but I'd rather not try something and realize, too late, that it won't work. I wouldn't want to break something.

if the pin count is the same ,it will work
i just put newer 92 8v speedo head ,in my 91 for the same reason.
