3 speed 5.12 gears and 30x9.50

Anyone run this setup, I have some 5.12 gears i can put in my tracker, and I am thinking about putting those in and some 30x9.50s. I figured it out and to keep my ratio the same I would need 4.96 gears with 30s so my question is will I even be able to take this up to 70 to go on the freeway with this setup?

I have a 95 sidekick jx 5 speed manual with stock 5:13s and im running 31x10.50x15's it's a little sluggish. Ha ha. I drive it @ 100km on the hwy in 4th @ like 3200rpm. It almost never sees 5th
If you run 5:13s you should do good.

I think u will be fine. if u do your homework and figure out the ratio between what u are running now and what it will be after u change gears and tires. then u will be fine. I run 31" ltb's on my tracker but i run 5.13 gears and then have the 4.24:1 reduction in the tcase. its sluggish in 2wd or 4 hi but 4 lo i run 20 mph at 4000 rpms great for hill climbing and mudding. not that good for the road.
