can anyone tell me how to get to the rear washer line?its blocked and i know for sure its not the motor, cuz i put the front lines to it and it works fine, pulled that little panel by the door in the front and water comes through.so if anyone has schematics for the 94vitara,1.6l 16v i would greatly appreciate it or info on how to clear that blockage.
When mine quit working i tried all the same things you tried, swithing lines, pumps etc. Still not working. What I found was the line to the rear has a one way valve in it. On my 93 kick, this valve was located under the washer bottle. I just pulled it out and spliced the line, voila, works now

I pulled the rear wiper/motor from a '97 Geo and installed it
into TheZuke!
A couple weeks ago I pulled the spray head from the Geo
before they crushed it.
The hose from the back door to the passenger lays behind a sheet metal
panel covered by the head liner (not easy to access)
Removing the spray head from the Geo almost destroyed it.
If you would like to remove yours, here is the procedure as best as I remember it.
First remove the rubber washer between the spray head and the body.
It will stretch enough to fit over the spray head (maybe not if it is cold).
This will let you see the notch in the hole cut in the sheet metal and the
spring tabs on the spray head. You will need to compress the tabs and
rotate the spray head because there is a tab on the inside you will need
to get out through the notch. It will be difficult to rotate the spray head because the tubing doesn't allow much movement.
The tubing is attached to the spray head, since I was not intending to re-install the spray head into that particular vehicle, I pulled on the tubing
and about 4 feet came out with a hose coupler on the end.
That's about all I know about the rear window washer.
Oh, I've had to replace the Y-connector on the front washers because
it deteriorated.
And check the electrical connections at the pump motors, if they get corroded, you won't get much pressure from the pump motors.
Good Luck!
