99 Greo Tracker Fuel Pump

I have a 99 Geo Tracker. The fuel pump doesn't come on at all. I have replaced it. Still the same. Anyone know where the fuse and relay is for this? Does it have some sort of "cutoff" switch that would prevent the fule pump from running doe to over or under pressure?

alldata.. requires subscription
fsm , oem full service manual set with schematics (may be extra for drawings)
