What are the differences other then ring and pinion ratios?

As I would like to add an phantom grip lsd kit to my 92 4dr 4x4 16v 4sp auto kick.

92 has 2 less bolts on ring hear and inner case? 3 inner case diffs on 92,
is that import?

compared to 93-95

is that it?
