There's a variety of seals and gaskets. A less hit-or-miss way would be to clean the trans then add dye to the trans fluid and monitor it.

Default tranny leak update

I have cleaned the tranny up and the leak seems to be comming form either the bell housing or the two hoses on the right side of the tranny does anyone know what those hoses are and if that is the problem how would i go about changing them out

Yup,those are the cooler lines,go to the rad.I'd put money on the rear seal, although the other two common spots are the pan and front seal, the rear seal is the easiest to fix.put a piece of cardboard under it{big piece}also if it is the rear seal it wont leak if its parked, park on a hill or jack the front up.

Wow,I re read that, and it sounds like the cardboard would fix the leak.

Lol, I knew what you meant. My bet is on leak in the lines though.
