ive got a 96 tracker4x4.one of you guys gave me a link that showed me how to test a tcc relay.i went throught it and it said the relay should have 90-110 ohms.it had 87 is that okay.also when i added power to the relay it clicked but there was no power going across the relay.wich is should have.
the purpose of a relay is to allow a tiny bit of current control a lot.
the ecu provides the tiny, and the contacts to battery feed powerful current to the
TCC solenoid inside tranny.
if the relay coil is energized and the output is zero
then the relay is bad, or the output is grounded, (and blowing fuses)
cheers
