96 tracker tcc malfunction

[30geotracker]

i have a 96 tracker with the check engine light on, the code is tcc malfunction.i replaced the solenoid.it shifts smoother but the code still comes up.i know there is a relay,does anyone know how to test it or know if it is the relay?
