Default Bumper brackets for body lift?

Please give me advice/links on fabricating bumper brackets to be used with a bodylift?

I'm a little confused about what it is you are asking...

Do you mean to lift the body off of the frame by the bumpers, for repair or
restoration?

Do you mean increasing the frame to axle distance (opposite of low-rider)?
If so, what would a bumper mount have to do with it?

The Calmini kit:

The rear bumper is relocated using some box section steel between the frame and the original mounts. The lower 'tabs' are secured to the frame with self tappers. The plates with the 4 holes in them are used to relocate the front bumper, I'm not sure what the other two plates are for. I didn't the Calmini plates because I have a winch bumper on custom mounts. The plates are around 1/4" thick.
