Default fan belt squeal

i have a 91 model suzuki vitara with an annoying fan belt squeak.

i have replaced the belts and tightened them relentlsy as well as used some belt grip spray however non of this stops the squeal.

does anyone have any ideas wat to try next?

Make sure your alternator pulley turns freely. If it's starting to seize, that would cause the belt to squeal. Same with the power steering pump, or a/c unit, depending on which belt is squealing.

i didn't think they made vitara's in 91.. if it's an 01 they have a tsb on the ps pump bracket to correct for a misaligned pully

Change the belt. Its probably glazed on the back side which is a common source of noise.
