wont start or wont crank. ?
first off , CEL comes on at key on, "no start" (signally driver that ECU is happy)
then after starting, the lamp must go out, if it dont than is telling you , to pull codes.

another nice feature of this ECU is that you can inserted the Diagnostic jumper (a paper clip) and crank at the same time.
this evokes the magic , code 41, 42 test.
if you have CAS or ignition failure (primary) then you get codes 41, or 42.
1st test spark (get a tune up too_)
there will never be injection unless there is spark.
after spark is tested.
then check injection with a NOID lamp.
on a 91 , you can SEE injection , by simply looking down the hole.
