Default Electricals help please

hello from Philippines. My daily drive,98 Vitara 4Dr 1.6L 16V 5Sp Manual tranny, having the following electrical problems:
1. Rear left and right window controllers both near transmission lever and rear doors switches not working
2. Auto side-mirror adjuster switch malfunctioning both left and right, especially in/out adjustment(sometimes responsive but mostly not)

Anybody here had the same experience and had fixed it? Inputs on the fix will be highly appreciated. Heard great things about this wonderful and helpful site,so here I am as a newbie

bad switch.
or bad mirror motors.

to test the later, remove the switch,

test it with an ohm meter ,to see if the switch is good.
also ,once you see how the switch works,
you can simulate the action of switch , with:

1: another generic switch ( now you know the mirror and wiring is good .,see?)
2: or just short the wires (switch unplugged) emulating the action of the switch.

i just do #2. and the answer is forth width.
usually the switch is :
open when off
and the applies 2 diff polarities to the mirror motors.
forward is + and back is minus (as a reversal of the power applied)

the third option is just switch the left and right switches. (both are bad?)
are the two switched integrated (no manual on them here).

what is a " rear doors switches not working " what does it do, unlock? defrost? wipers?

cheers.

ide-mirror adjuster switch malfunctioning both left and right,

both left and right mirrors have 2 motors inside.
but only 3 wires each.

to test a mirror.
apply ground to the white wire.
then touch 12vdc power to , (RH) brn/red, motor up/dw spins, now touch gray wire to 12v and L/R motor spins.
ok
for LH, white is still ground (minus)common wire.
but Up/dn is brown
and L/R is green.

if all these tests pass then the mirros are perfect.
then you have bad wiring, or the power mirror switch is bad ($$)

if all mirrors dead, ciga-radio fuse is bad.
not sure of other isssue
is it .?
door controls, but what? all dead or just some.?
doorwindows up/and down, door locks? , remote key locks

need more facts on fails.

windows are complex.
but is only 1 moter per door. 4 total for 4 doors.

the design is such that the rear door switches must work or the rear switches in front will not work (power passes thru the switch )
it is possibe for the rear switch to work and not the remove front console switch for same.

if you want give me one path that fails and i will give you the color of the wires to follow.

but first tell what works and what dont windows wise.

cheers.
