Winter Tires

Hi,

I just got my winter tires installed. Blizzaks WS-50, my question is in regards to tire psi. The door has a sticker and it said 23 PSI for 205 75 15, the winters i got was 205 70 15, a little small but will keep me safer. I already have 25 psi and the tire still feels soft.

What do you recommend? I know having it too hard/soft will have a un even wear in the middle.

They still feel soft do to the fact that Blizzaks are made so soft so they will stick to ice. The rubber tread is made with tiny air bubbles to give it the softness to adhere to ice, also, only use them in winter because of this softness you will wear them out in one season if you drive all year on them.

so at 25 psi should be ok? i do remember that winter tires have softer compound but dont remember if they use a softer side wall that causes the roundness. it doesnt look flat at all just looks soft (sidewall) The All season tires i had before at 23 psi did not look as soft as this one (when looking at the sidewall)
