I'm assuming because you have a North American (NA) model (Tracker). These NA models never came with anything but the 9004 variety of lights. The lights were also not one piece; rather an integrated unit comprising of the lamp and turn signal, but not a homogenous single glass unit. The units outside of NA were large reflector, H4 bulb designs. Unfortunately, replacing the NA light with another NA light will not increase your light output. Yes, you can buy street legal Xenon bulbs from companies such as Sylvania, however, while brighter, do nothing to improve the lighting pattern which is generated by the lamp itself. Do NOT put high wattage bulbs in the stock NA lights!! These will warp the lamp (due to excessive heat), burn out the wiring and the lighting module (if you have daylight running lamps). Personally, I would buy the stock lights from Europe and a get a H4 conversion harness (switched ground). European lights are made of glass, have metal reflectors and are much larger in volume. They are designed to be used with the hot H4 bulbs.
