Ignition, Starter, Ground Help??

Ok I've got a 95 Geo Tracker. All of a sudden vehicle stopped key starting. Found loose ground wire, rebolted it to the top starter mount. It started initially, but now it is doing the same thing again.

When key goes into the ignition, I noticed there is no buzzer sound. Headlights, dome lights, brake light and radio all work.

It seems when it makes the key buzz warning it will start, but it's not starting and no key buzzing. Any suggestions?

The thing roll starts and runs fine after that.
