Default how much slush is too much.?

not snow, but the automatic tranny , the slush pump.

power point, and really good.

it is hard to explain to people what is normal slip (slush) and what is too much.

we have an answer.

and yes, if it is slipping, kiss off those bands if you keep driving it.

a simple clogged oil filter in the tranny pan can in fact make it slip and the destruction of the bands.

sorry, "it is a common slang with mechs")
"It spends most its time pumping fluid in circles, thus the name"
they waste vast energy . (calculate all oil wasted , end to end by this beast and cry)
non renewable resource too.

even in TCC lockup. but most is lost in changing speeds.
they turn energy (fuel) into heat in predigious amounts.

they have a new replacement it, soon you will not see another made.
like this one.

the future: (notice every one doing the same thing, ie. leaving slush pump behind)
Twin-clutch gearbox - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

did you know ,most Slush pumps, waste 2.5Kw just sitting at red light. (try neutral)

At first I thought Jerry was talking about the pump which
circulates ATF fluid in an automatic transmission.

But now I realize he means a Torque Converter.
