sure,
i presume it runs perfect hot.
and idles and has perfect power cold ( good and bad things it does, are the best clues)

hot restarts , OK?
only 30min restarts?
or any restart.?

Have you tuned it up , in under 50k miles?
is the gas , fresh or was car in storage all summer.

if tuned up and it has trouble starting cold
then I would suspect a bad ECT.
Engine coolant sensor.

it is easy to test, do you have a multimeter.?

there are many things that could cause( guessing here too rich starts)
ECT, fuel Pressure Regulator. or idle valve stuck close (there are 3)

1: dash pot cold start valve (fails to open)
2: IAC Electric bad or clogged .
3: IAC thermal in base of TB not opening. or clogged.

these three if bad can reduce cold starting air and make the mixture rich.
in fact adding gas (air) pedal helps cure the problem.

I say all above ,cuz i am guessing car is rich on start (too rich) and is loading up as a result. but I could be completely wrong.

i need more symptoms , hot and cold,
also how is idle hot and cold.

cheers

tell the things it does, good and does bad.
then the problem becomes much clearer.
