Default 1996 geo tracker- neutral safety switch

Hi.... I have a 96 tracker and the back up lights only turn on when the shift is almost in "neutral". I have been told is the neutral safety switch (AKA PNP).....located on the passenger side of the transmission, I just do not know what it looks like, does anyon have an idea or even better a picture of it....?????
Thanks,,,

see shifter cable go down to right side and attach to something there ?
on on that lever assembly is this fat object that has a elect. cable attached.
yes,?
PRN321 switch handles backup.
it has shaft and a jamp nut on shift cable here, adjust it so it is in rev.
and the lamp is on.

it may be adjustable in park just adj, it so there is play equal in both directions.
trail and error.
the switch might be good.
