Default 1998 Sidekick 4wd auto 4dr 1.6L 16v vaccun hoses

Can anyone tell me the correct way to hook up the hoses off the intake manifold. The one with the T fitting is confusing to me, is it supposed to go to the fuel pressure regulator also? I found pictures of 98's for sale and some are hooked up different. The car runs great on the highway but it seems to die out when she idles. I hope the pictures are better this time. No more polar bears in a snow storm!

This is my 3rd time writing this I get logged off automatically and lose what I typed.I am a newbie to forums and fixing sidekicks bear with me. Thanks Jerry (jtgh) and others on this site.
My spelling and grammer are not the best. I have the 3 (SSM) supplementary manuals for 1998 sidekick. I guess i need the 1996 FSM. I do not know the difference between 1600 and 1800 models? I am almost there with the missing hoses and where they go.
What I learned about the IAC valve. I could not understand why the manual said to drain coolant? There seemed to be something blocking the water hoses that looped back from the plastic air cleaner pipe to the IAC valve. (I thought air should be it them) I blew air thru the hoses and some yellow and black crap came out now I know it was blocked. Coolant should be there. Did the hot water and cold water routine per instruction and used a 9volt baterry to pulse valve open and close. Now I know it should work. Idle is working great now yeah!! I will post later about the rest.

that TB is to side and not front like a 1.8
so 1.6L 16v is perfect

it will say drain coolant for all items in the coolant path (its toxic is way they say that)

the hose to the big air pipe , coolant is the HEATED INTAKE Device.
having these paths blocked is due to very poor coolant maintenance.
every 2 years, for ever.

both (yes, ) IAC are coolant controlled.
my web page ,
how-to-find-EFI-parts

shows all these parts.
your USA car by law must have a vacuum hose diagram in the engine by, or under hood.

its there are is the EPA cert. that idents the engine an all.

glad you found a culprit.
