Yup. I'm noticing that the parts computers think my 1.8 Sport is the same as the typical kick 16v. I may get around to trying a 192, but its working good for now and I kinda don't want to tempt that for a little while anyway .
Thanks for your help and for straitening that out with Stant and the like. It was a frustrating problem, but I have learned to ask for parts for a 2000 Tracker 2.0

they too make huge mistakes in their data base. so
always look up mfg. the at their site look up the part and make sure it fits your car.
this reality is not unique to rock as all have it.
the best DB i have ever seen is NAPA. no one beats there quailty of service.

cross check all data on 1.8L non oem, and you will never be sorry you did.
