Default Vitara Chassis Swap - G16A Manual?!?!

Hi guys,

I have undertaken then project of completely swapping over my Vitara G16A onto a new chassis and shell, of a newer 94 G16B (shell only, with wiring etc... allbeit white... and im changing it to black to match old zuke). Pretty epic job, though i just finished respraying this weekend and piece of cake bolting the doors fenders bonnet on etc to match. reasoning was whilst 4wding, slid down into tree, causing extensive damage to rear left panel, and in turn tree hit tire forward and bent the chassis member from diff to chassis!! pretty big shunt

So all has been going rather well, decided to to completely switch wiring looms due to EFI on the G16B loom which i didnt need, given i am going to pop the G16A in there. God that was hard removing dash etc. so many clips!!

Does anyone have a PDF of the G16A manual?!?! i've looked everywhere, bought one couple of years back but now cant find one, and i know that one missed or wrong connection could just cause me greif when i go to start it in a couple of weeks time

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I will up some pics in the coming days to show progress, as im sure im going to need some help and advice

Btw, has anyone rebuilt 5spd gearbox on this model? thought i may as well replace bearings etc whilst its out and replace the HeadG aswell, as im sure its leaking... started idling crap after an epic day out at the dunes

Cheers!

cheers guys,

manual has been ordered from ebay

unfortunately im in the land down under here in perth australia. just contacted local suzi dealer (Suzistore, Suzuki Parts, Accessories and Service) and they are wanting $330aud for a bearing/seal kit for tranny! bit steep isnt it?

Also if anyone knows of the top off their head, do the cables for the right rear speakers run across the driver and passenger seat and join the main loom down the left? cant remember and theres no loom down the rhs members lol :-S

should have taken more photos!
